Wayfinding Session

There’s a question that won’t stop asking itself.

You know what you want to build, or you have an abiding sense that something isn’t lining up. A disconnect between the life you’re living and the one you’re traveling toward.

You feel it in the friction. Searching for that file again. Opening the task list and feeling the drop in your stomach. Realizing mid-week that you’ve been working hard on things that aren’t quite the things that matter.

These aren’t character flaws. They’re information. And they’re pointing at a problem productivity advice was never designed to solve.

Underneath the friction is a formation gap. Not a productivity gap, a formation one: between the meaning of where you’ve been, the purpose of where you’re going, and the significance of connecting those two in the life you’re actually living now.

When you can’t locate that connection, no system holds for long. Not because you lack discipline. Because the systems aren’t answering the right question yet.

The right question isn’t about efficiency. It’s about significance.

And the disconnect you're feeling? That isn't a personal failure. It's what happens when the forces shaping your life have been operating below the level of conscious choice.

The Wayfinding Session is a single formation session for someone who senses the disconnect and can't yet name what's in the way.

Before discerning where to go, I help you discern where you are, and what being in that place asks of you.

We begin with the Meaning Map: a structured mapping of where you are, not where you should be. It makes the invisible visible and gives us something real to work from.

From there, we focus less on fixing what’s wrong and more on recognizing who you’re becoming. Before we finish, we identify a minimum viable experiment: one small, feasible action targeted at what’s actually in the way — one that doesn’t require you to become a different person first.

Within a week, a personal letter: what we found, what it means, what to listen for. Plus two weeks of email support as you recalibrate and move forward.

$75. Priced to be within reach, because the people who need this most aren't always the ones with coaching budgets.

What this isn't: a productivity audit, a pre-made framework, a session that skips to prescription. Productivity shows up — as a means, not the goal. We start upstream: where are you, and what's in the way? The practical follows from that.

Why I Do This

I believe the person you’re designed to be is more specific, more alive, and more possible than what’s suggested by the life you’re currently living. And I know what it's like to be extremely capable and still feel like you can't move toward the life you long for. That shift didn't come from a better framework. It came from finally locating where I actually was, and learning to listen to what that place was asking of me. That’s what locating yourself looks like, and what I’m trying to help you do.

I built this because I needed it. And because there were days when I would have loved having a guide.

"I should have figured this out by now."

Beneath that: pressure to keep it together, to not fail, to maintain the same familiar identity. When we feel that pressure, it's hard to be curious before scared. To receive rather than control.
