Systems Therapy
You're capable. You're busy. And you're still not building the life you're designed for.
You know those moments when you sigh, tense up, or think ugh? Not the dramatic crises—the minor friction you barely register.
Like searching for that file again. Opening your task list and immediately feeling overwhelmed. Realizing you’ve forgotten the same thing for the third time this week.
These aren’t character flaws. They’re information. They point directly to systems that don’t match who you are or how you work.
You’re managing leadership roles, meaningful work, family responsibilities, creative pursuits—while nothing you’ve tried honors how you’re designed as a whole human being.
The real cost to you isn’t inefficiency. It’s presence.
You’re not disengaged from your life: you’re fully in it. But you’re spending your best energy on what’s urgent, what’s expected, or what you’ve always done, instead of what you actually want to build. By the time you get to what matters most, there’s not much left.
You’re not failing at your life. You’re just not building the one you’re designed for — yet.
You’re operating at a level most systems weren’t built for, not because you’re disorganized or undisciplined, but because you’re managing complexity that generic frameworks weren’t designed to hold.
When one area of your life changes, everything else shifts. Generic productivity advice ignores this, treating you like a series of isolated functions to improve. But you’re not a machine to be optimized. You’re an ecosystem: dynamic, interconnected, designed for something specific.
The problem isn’t you. It’s that you’ve been given the wrong framework entirely.
Why I Do This
At some point I stopped researching and planning and started actually building the things I’d wanted to work on for years. That shift didn’t come from finding a better framework. It came from finally having systems that matched how I actually work, so the energy I spent managing friction could go toward what I actually wanted to create.
I know what it’s like to be extremely capable and still feel like you can’t build what matters. I also know, from illness, loss, and the harder seasons of life, that there’s almost always a way to keep doing what matters, even when the obvious path is gone. I built this because I needed it, and because I’ve watched too many capable people stay stuck for the same reasons I was.

Here’s what I do.
The problem usually isn’t effort or capability. It’s that your energy has been accumulating on the wrong thing. When we find the friction that’s slowing everything down, that tension releases, and you can finally build what matters.
I don’t rebuild your life. I help you find and shift the one thing that’s costing you the most.
Together, we look at your actual life — your responsibilities, your energy patterns, your purpose, your friction points — and find what’s broken, confused, or missing. Then I show you exactly what needs to change and how to change it.
Not generic advice. Not another framework to research and adapt yourself. A clear, specific guide built for your situation: because purpose determines what systems you need, and your systems need to honor how you’re actually designed.
I call it Systems Therapy.
Here’s how it works.
Step 1 You start by telling me about your situation—an ongoing frustration, what’s not working, what you’ve already tried, what your actual life looks like. This takes about 20-25 minutes and happens before we ever talk.
Step 2 Then we meet for an hour. I ask clarifying questions, dig into your energy patterns, values, and responsibilities, and diagnose what’s actually going on. Not a sales call. A working session.
Step 3 Within a week of our conversation, you receive your personal Systems Guide—a clear, ready-to-implement document built for your specific situation. This includes a personal video walking through your situation, and a ready-to-implement PDF with specific tools, step-by-step guidance, and templates you can use immediately. You also get two weeks of email support while you implement, so nothing gets lost in translation.

Common Questions
“I’ve tried everything already. How is this different?” You've been doing the research yourself—piecing together frameworks, testing tools, adapting generic advice to fit a life it wasn't built for. That's the problem, not the solution. I've already done the testing. You receive conclusions that actually work for someone with your complexity, not another starting point to figure out alone.
“What if my situation is too unique?” Complex, high-capacity lives are exactly who this is built for—including neurodivergence, chronic illness, fluctuating energy, and work that's tied to purpose rather than just output. You receive adaptable solutions, not rigid systems that break under pressure.
“I don’t have time to learn another complicated system.” That's precisely why this exists. Your guide includes clear implementation steps for your specific situation. No learning curve, no theory—just what to do next.
“How do I know this will work for me?” The questionnaire and Discovery Call exist to make sure I understand your actual situation before I recommend anything. If something doesn't fit, the two weeks of email support lets us adjust together.
“What tools or apps do you work with?” While I’m familiar with Notion, Todoist, and Apple Reminders (among others), I don’t have a single system or tool I push everyone toward. Part of what makes Systems Therapy different is that tool recommendations come out of your specific situation, not the other way around. If you’re already using something that’s mostly working, we build on it. If you need something new, I’ll recommend what actually fits your life—not what’s trending.
You don’t need more discipline. You don’t need another framework to research. You need systems that honor who you’re becoming and how you’re actually designed.
That’s what this is.
If you’re ready to move forward: Complete the questionnaire, pay $75, and schedule your Discovery Call. Once we talk, you’ll have your personal guide within a week.

Not sure yet? Book a 30-minute Curiosity Call!
This is a free conversation for anyone curious about Systems Therapy but not yet sure it’s the right fit. We’ll talk about what’s not working, what you’ve already tried, and whether Systems Therapy is likely to help. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what the process looks like, whether it fits your situation — and at least one specific observation or suggestion you didn’t have before, regardless of what you decide next.
This isn’t a sales call. If Systems Therapy isn’t the right fit, I’ll tell you.
