I’ve always had a knack for creating systems that work for real people. While studying theology and communication, I kept gravitating toward the operational side—streamlining processes and helping teams connect with their deeper purpose.

But when I decided to pursue my own vision, I hit a wall. Despite years of creating systems for others, I had no idea how to navigate my own multi-passionate dreams. I dove into the productivity world: GTD, PARA, every tool and framework—you name it, I tried it.

Living with hidden disability, I quickly learned that most advice assumes you’re a machine with consistent energy. After testing these strategies with purpose-focused women navigating complexity, chronic illness, and demanding callings, I’ve developed solutions that honor how you’re actually designed—body, mind, and spirit.
